Ultra-fine powder automatic packing machine is a specialized equipment to achieve auto bag picking, fastening, opening, filling and sealing. It uses PLC HMI control, easy operation. It adopts modern industry design with solid structure, easy operation, stable performance and less maintenance. The machine can fill low proportion, much air ultra-fine powder, integrate bag supplying, opening, fastening, filling, transferring, bag mouth arrangement, sealing etc.

A).适用于扁平塑料袋、纸塑复合袋等包装袋的自动上袋、开袋、套袋包装，采用挑袋的上袋方式。

B).具有无袋及夹带检测功能，无袋或夹带不牢时不充填物料。避免物料的空投，从而保证生产环境的清洁及生产线的连续性。

C）夹袋下料装置采用全密闭设计，同时采用下料通道和除尘通道分离技术，*限度减少粉尘的外溢。整机外围全密封。

D).设有振动装置，下料完成后托放袋底，将袋中物料振实，排掉部分气体，确保后续封口完好。

E）精密元器件均密封设计，不裸露安装，可适合粉尘环境使用，这样可确保设备有较长的的寿命。

F）包装机全部的元器件均采用国内外*公司产品，能确保设备能长期、稳定、可靠的运行。

G）有故障自诊断功能和声光报警系统，及时对所出现问题进行警报。有敞开操作安全隐患的地方，设置有开门停机保护装置，保护操作人员的安全。

H）对抽气效果要求高的产品采用两次抽气机构，提高抽气速度。二次抽气过程中，增加拍袋动作，可以避免用户正在使用的设备在二次夹袋时，因为夹到物料部分产生的粉尘，避免物料的流失及对袋口的二次污染，节约了成本，保证了计量精度。
