安徽信远自 2013 年推出液体肥料的成套生产设备，包括自动计量配料、搅拌溶合、沉淀过滤、定量灌装等工艺过程。2014

年信远又推出环保项目，使沼液变废为宝，成为肥料，解决沼液污染问题。

采用微生物发酵工艺，主要分为 5 道工序。1 贮液，沼液经预处理后送入原料罐，贮藏后送入发酵罐；2、接种发酵，沼液进

入发酵罐，接种特定有益生物，并伴随充分的搅拌混合，液体在发酵罐中停留后送入配料罐；3、养分配料，为使肥料品质符合国

家标准，需按严格的工艺程序向沼液中添加养分；4、贮液，添加养分后的液体送入成品罐，贮藏后送入包装罐；5、包装，对成

品液体肥料进行自动灌装。

Anhui xinyuan has introduced a complete set of production equipment for liquid fertilizer since 2013, including automatic

measuring ingredients, stirring and mixing, precipitation filtration, quantitative filling and other technological processes. In

2014, xinyuan launched the environmental protection project, which made the biogas liquid waste into a treasure, and became

the fertilizer to solve the pollution problem of biogas.

The microbial fermentation process is mainly divided into 5 steps. 1. Liquid storage, the biogas slurry is pretreated and sent

to the raw material tank, which is stored into the fermentation tank; 2. Inoculated fermentation, the biogas slurry entered the

fermentation tank, inoculated specific beneficial organisms, and accompanied with sufficient stirring and mixing, the liquid

stopped in the fermentation tank and sent to the mixing tank; 3. Nutrient ingredients, in order to meet the national standards

for the quality of fertilizers, it is necessary to add nutrients to the biogas slurry according to the strict process procedures; 4.

Liquid storage, after adding the nutrient, the liquid is sent to the finished tank, which is stored and sent to the packaging tank; 5.

Packaging, automatic filling of liquid fertilizer for finished products.
